• handling of applications and contact regarding driving lessons – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract),
• keeping records related to training – Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (legal obligation arising from regulations concerning the training of driver candidates).

3. Data recipients

Your data may be transferred:

• authorities authorized under the law (e.g., the County Office when registering a student).

4. Data retention period

Your data will be stored:

• for the period necessary to complete the course and settle related accounts,
• student documentation – in accordance with driver training regulations,

You have the right to:

• access your data,
• correct it,
• delete it or restrict its processing,
• object to its processing,
• transfer your data,
• withdraw your consent at any time (if it has been given),
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

6. Voluntary provision of data

Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary for contact and enrollment in the driver’s license course.
Failure to provide your data will prevent us from processing your application.
